How Positive Affirmation Can Make or Break Your Confidence

Today's episode is all about what  got me to this point... and that is, being perfectly parented. My mom knew when to give me my props. Positive affirmation on the good deeds, not so much the superficial. That's why I'm able to block out the negativity I receive but also the praise. I don't succumb to my ego because of values I was taught growing up. There's a lot of value in here about positive affirmation relating to all stages of life that I know you'll enjoy.
