Wisdom

I’ve listened to 500+ hours of Gary V. And he’s politely asked me to leave him a review 500+ times. Finally, I’m doing it. I’m a 50 year old lawyer who loves listening to his wisdom: Gratitude. Provide value. Love the process. Honesty. Patience. He inspires me every morning. I sometimes imagine asking him a question… but because I’ve listened carefully for so long, I already know what he would say. I listen while running on a treadmill and I always have a new idea by the end of the run. When I want to be extra entrepreneurial, I put on his shoes. Thanks, Gary.

Today’s episode really resonates with me!

Today (May 30) Gary talks about some of his darkest moments as resentment crept in when he built up a family business he didn’t own and later left with nothing to start over. I had a similar experience and even got passed over to inherit the company when the first generation owners retired. Starting over with nothing is hard.

I believe if Gary could have 5 twins that work all at the same time he would 😂 He’s the entrepreneur I aspire to be everyday. He doesn’t give you any excuses it’s just solutions, solutions, solutions until you have no choice but to find solutions. I’m inspired by his work and his kindness for all humans. Instead of just telling you what to do he leads by example and shows you the way to do it. I can’t really put it all in a paragraph but he changed my life and everyday is like a golden opportunity ever since I ran into his videos a few years ago. There’s so many things that he doesn’t necessarily have to go out of his way to do like garage sales and make content on it showing people how to flip but and negotiate prices to make a profit. He still does it because for him it’s leading by example and not just talking the talk. Which I highly respect. Love you Gary. Wish you and your family forever happiness 💙♾

Motivating and Extremely Informative!

I just started this podcast a few weeks ago, coming up on Episode 100 soon. I hope to eventually catch up so I can start asking questions! I know that most of the ones I had so far have been answered in the show, so I’m just going to keep on binging! Thank you for putting this out, it has definitely helped immensely as I get the final touches set for the creative studio I started. Even with the first episodes being years ago, they still help me in today’s world, it’s great!

GaryVee- great perspective

I’ve been following Gary since Wine Library started )on an IPod in 2008 or 9). I love your common sense approach and focus on gratitude. It helps me stay grounded and appreciative of opportunities I’ve been given in life. Years ago, I’d walk past construction workers in Jan at 6:30 am on way to an office job in a warm high rise. That made me appreciate what I had and Gary helps keep the same midset. It’s really invaluable!!!

I had dipped my toes into this area a few weeks before the launch of VeeFriends and VeeFriends was the catalyst to deep dive my 50 hours of homework. I’m happy to say, I won’t be my 1996 e-commerce mom afraid to use her credit card on the inter webs. Much respect and to the moon for VeeFriends.

The Good Stuff

This Podcast is like a strong cup of coffee for the better part of my self. I don’t have money I can afford to lose so I can’t get in at the ground floor of VeeFriends, but I did buy some Eth and set up a Metamask wallet. I’ve done about 25 hours of homework on crypto so far, and this Podcast has me more excited about the future than I’ve been in awhile.

Worthwhile investment

I’ve learned so much since being introduced to Gary a few months ago. He’s got that Obama quality: when he speaks, you listen. I’ve had so much fun learning about the crypto space from this podcast and Gary’s social channels. As a newbie content creator myself, I’m learning about some of the mistakes I’ve made early on and how I can right the ship following Gary’s guidance.
