My review is long overdue. I’ve been listening to Erica, the most gorgeous honeyed voice in podcasting, for years. She handles the most gruesome cases with professionalism and grace. I value her take whether I agree or not. She is always empathetic on behalf of victims and families and one reason I listen is she delves into the possible motivations or twisted psyches of perpetrators. If I wanted a straight recitation of facts I’ll read Reuters. Erica if you’re reading this: your telling of the Darlie Routier case was one of the best moments in podcasting history. I understand the Medea/borderline witch phenomenon well and you did a service by storytelling this heartbreaking case. I’ve no doubt that anyone who listened learned a great deal. Never stop Erica - you’re a treasure.
