I cannot thank Dr. Sherry enough. She gave voice to exactly what I’ve been experiencing my whole life with my mom. It has changed everything for me. I love listening to Dr. Sherry’s very calm voice. I love hearing her insights and I love that she is a survivor of having a toxic mother. She gave me a strength. I did not know I have and she has allowed me to come peace with putting in place a definitive boundary with my mom. I have a therapist that I see once a week and discuss this with her. That is so wonderful to have somebody. I can listen to every day if I need to and I have been needing to daily I love that for a very small price. I get to have this amazing podcast and that it is commercial free.
