Returning from my horrible decision to stop listening back in 2021. I had just found Crime Junkie and got scared when home alone and listening lol! Now that I am a couple years matured I am in love again! My mom got me into true crime as a child and I’m officially obsessed again in adulthood!
Love love love this show and can’t wait for merch to drop again so I can show it off!
This is one of my favorite podcasts. Glad my friend recommended me. Also, even though they are sad, I’m glad that you mention lgbtq cases. So many other podcasts refuse to mention them and we need to start talking about them if we want change.
I have been looking for a new and better crime podcast. The variety and depth is just what i was looking for. Most podcasts have several ads but this one is the right amount. Brit and Ashley if you are reading this, who cares about all the other rude comments about you guys. You are amazing and so is this podcast. I give this 6/5 stars. You guys deserve the world. Keep going.
Don’t mind the haters. Just saw some disgusting and vile comments talking about your show. Pathetic. If they don’t like it- guess what- you don’t have to listen crazyyyape or whatever your name is. It’s all about sharing stories and in case you didn’t notice, the podcast is called crime junkies. You may see yourself out….
Ashley flowers is super mean to Brit sometimes. She doesn’t value her input or respect what she adds to the pod.
Love the show I took a long hiatus bcz Ashley is coming off really mean girl
I minute I listened to the Adam episode I was interested and know I can’t get enough of it so if you are reading this review please listen to crime junkie by the way who killed or kidnapped Ashley losing heavyrunner
I developed an interest for true crime podcast and found Crime Junkie. I listened to 1 then 2 and now I officially listened to half of all the episodes within 2 weeks of following the show. I cannot stop listening. I agree listening to podcast in your car is the best, but while shopping for Instacart is great too. Or while in the pool. I mean you can listen to podcast pretty much anywhere if you’re really addicted. And yes I also say “and I’m Brit.” I guess I am an official Crime Junkie now.
Other than that, I love Brit and Ashley. They keep you into the stories they are telling. They are a great pair who care about all the victims of the terrible crimes that they are telling. They’re my new besties!
This is such a good podcast. Sometime I don’t listen to others because of the sound or pitch of their voices but this one is so well done and they have such a good rapport with each other. They speak clearly and explain everything in depth on each case.
Was the wife really so ill? Could you check that out and let us know. Someone would know that or medical record … something
That seems like a key fact check
I fell into your podcast a few weeks ago and I’ve listened to so many already. Sounds like two women I could sit and discuss anything with.. thanks crime junkies!
it is honestly baffling to me some of these reviews talking about this podcast being too “woke.” True crime by nature exposes the extreme injustices caused by a bastardized police system. What mental gymnastics do you have to do in order to explain away obvious racism by law enforcement? Open your eyes or find a new interest, because clearly true crime is not for you.
all that being said, this is a great podcast that covers cases I’ve never heard of before. however a good percentage of each episode is just ads and it gets really obnoxious.
My gma is going through hospice so I spend a lot of time in the recliner by her bed so to say it’s been a hard time is an understatement! I bring my ear buds with me & listen to this show when she is sleeping & it’s an “escape” for me! Thank you Ashley & Brit ❤️
i’ve been BINGING this podcast at work for the past week, and i still have over 200 episodes, but it’s so SO good! i’ve definitely started applying some things into my every day life. being weird, being rude, and staying alive
