I listen to this podcast every single day and it always leaves me thinking which I love they talk about all the different theories that can go with the murderers or different cases and I absolutely love it. My favorite part is the end of the month adoption stories but overall, I actually love this podcast and I will constantly be. Listening to this.

I am a girl who loves true crime, I always have. Ever since I was little and watching forensic files with my mom, I’ve always had an interest in true crime and finding this podcast was a blessing. I’m only 14 and a lot of the time I don’t understand the vocabulary with these types of podcasts but with Ashley and Brit I understand perfectly. I now listen to every new episode that comes out and I learn about a lot a ways to even survive if I were in these situations. I love this podcast so much and it’s always the highlight of my days

I have listened to this podcast since early on. I have tried other true crime podcasts but Crime Junkie is always my favorite. I am in awe of how they have turned this once small podcast into company producing many different series and how now it’s not just telling the story but searching for justice in cases that need it. The podcast keep s getting better. Keep up the good work. Another new favorite by Audiochuck is 13th Jury. I look forward to it every week. Btw, my ringtone is the Crime Junkie theme song.

I started this podcast recently from episode one and I am HOOKED! The cases, explanation, EVERYTHING is so well done! These ladies are both amazing and keep me sane while I’m working :)

I appreciate you ladies keeping us up to date with all things true crime! I myself am an Indiana ‘Regioner’ lake, porter county area so you being so close to home is even cooler. Been trying to search episodes to see if you ladies ever touched on the Leonard Lake-Charles Ng duo. Regardless, I’m in episodes back from 2018 and still really enjoying them!

Istg ppl either love this show or hate it

I think that the MINOR political statements made for 30 seconds once an episode are not an issue because it isn’t affecting the opinions of the hosts 99.9 percent of the time. I appreciate getting as much additional information as possible and I think they stay mostly unbiased. Along with that, most people aren’t listening to the episodes to solve it; it is entertainment. Thank you for making a great show!

Can I use the word hate to describe her husband? Memememememe..he had gaslighted her for years & had torn her down. That poor woman sounded like she had such patience & a good heart. Not once did he consider her. Aaaargh..frustrating.

Absolutely love Crime Junkie! I’m proud to see where these ladies have grown to over the years and even prouder to see them use their platform to advocate for justice for victims and lend their voice to the very real problems we see in politics. On another note: to the conservatives who love to lurk, find a hobby. What do yall love to say when people don’t like something? Leave! Weirdos.

Regardless of someone’s beliefs, I think that Ashley and Brit care about the well being of people and finding justice. I’m not worried about agreeing or disagreeing with them, our morals match up. I love Crime Junkie and can appreciate the need for more funding for justice. Why get political in your story? Can we stick with the real points and stop siding with the party that wants to defund law enforcement?

Crime Junkie is the OG and I love them for staying consistent in their mission. True crime needs morals imo otherwise you’re just exploiting people’s pain and suffering. For me that means a combo of good reporting, ensuring educational value for listeners, and above all else showing respect for victims/survivors/families. Ashley and Britt have always done all three, and as they’ve gotten bigger, they’ve only gotten better at & more ambitious with those goals. That’s a rare thing, truly. If you can no longer appreciate that because they said a thing one time about a war the president just started I am begging you to check yourself. This kind of outsized reaction is not normal. Long time listener of the show, I love the hosts dynamic and the depth of their investigation. I’ve seen a lot of people complain about not wanting to hear their political views which I rarely hear them express. Some reviews criticize the podcast for including political commentary, but that hasn’t been my experience. These moments are relatively rare and usually connected to the real-world context surrounding the cases. True crime doesn’t exist in a vacuum, and acknowledging broader issues can enhance the discussion rather than take away from it.

I love the sensitivity and in context discussions the hosts have. These are real people whose lives have been lost - I’m glad to hear the hosts point out systemic problems like corruption, lack of funding and government mismanagement. Keep the politics in!

I normally enjoy just one person talking podcast but this team is different and has opened my eyes to other channels that do this!! Love them!!! They are fantastic!!
